Dejan Deki Milivojević was born in 1967 in Jagodina, Serbia. A freelance artist, he is a long-standing member of both ULUS (Serbian National Association of Visual Artists) and ULUPUDS. Known primarily for oil-on-canvas and oil-on-hardboard works that blend vibrant abstraction with animal motifs and figurative touches, he has held several solo exhibitions in Belgrade, Paraćin, Ćićevac, Majdanpek, Mostar, and Vienna. He has participated in over 50 group exhibitions across Serbia, Hungary, Montenegro, Canada, and Lithuania, and taken part in more than 80 art colonies in Serbia and across Eastern Europe.
Milivojević received the prestigious Charter of Saint Luke award at the 2023 international “Sokolica” colony in Zvečan, honoring thirty years of his dedication to craftsmanship. He describes his creative goal as capturing the energy he feels while painting, whether exploring surreal figures or meditative abstraction. Today, he lives and works in Jagodina, continuing to exhibit widely and evolve his vibrant, expressive style.
