Petr Stronski

Petr Stronski (born November 9, 1959, in Ussuriysk, Russia) is a renowned Russian painter, sculptor, and monumental artist. He is an Honored Artist of the Russian Federation and a member of the Moscow Union of Artists. Stronski studied at the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov, where he specialized in monumental painting.

His artistic style blends realism with elements of impressionism, post-impressionism, and cubism. Influenced by French masters such as Claude Monet and Paul Cézanne, Stronski developed a unique approach that combines poetic imagery with a strong connection to real life. He is known for his work in various genres, including easel painting, monumental art, and graphic design.

Stronski has held solo exhibitions in Zurich and New York and participated in auctions in Bern and Paris. His works are part of major collections in Russia, France, Switzerland, the United States, Norway, and Slovakia. He has also spent time working in Norway, supported by a grant from the Royal Academy of Arts and the oil company Total, where he was inspired by the country's natural beauty.

Today, Stronski continues to paint and exhibit internationally, maintaining a strong presence in both Russian and European art scenes.
