Collection: Sergey Borisov

Sergey Valentinovich Borisov was born on January 11, 1975, in Moscow, where he currently lives and works.

He is a Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Arts (Painting Department, since 2019). He is also a member of the Moscow Union of Artists (since 1999), the Creative Union of Artists of Russia (since 1999), the Union of Artists of the Moscow Region (since 2015), and the Union of Artists of Russia (since 2020). Additionally, he has been a Corresponding Member of the International Academy of Culture and Art since 2011.

Education:

  • Moscow Central School of Art at the Russian Academy of Arts (1993)

  • Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V.I. Surikov (1999), studied under E.N. Maksimov

Borisov’s works are held in the collections of the Vyatka Art Museum named after V.M. and A.M. Vasnetsov (Kirov), Belgorod State Art Museum, Kolomna Art Gallery “Dom Ozerova,” Dmitrov Kremlin Museum-Reserve (Dmitrov), Gorky Central Park of Culture and Leisure (Moscow), the Open-Air Museum in Torre-Canavese (Italy), the Palace of Nations, UN (Geneva, Switzerland), as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.

He has participated in Russian and international exhibitions since 1991. His solo exhibitions include:
