Alek Alekyan (born 1966 in Gyuri, Armenia) is a contemporary Armenian painter and draftsman currently residing in Yerevan. Alekyan’s artistic style is influenced by renowned Armenian and international painters such as Martiros Saryan, Minas Avetisyan, Arshile Gorky, and Henri Matisse.
