Collection: Alla Polkovnichenko
Alla Polkovnichenko, born in 1986 in Taganrog, Russia, is a contemporary Russian painter known for her expressive landscapes and urban scenes. She studied at the art-graphic faculty of the Southern Federal University in Rostov-on-Don (2003–2007), in the workshop of S. V. Eremin. She continued her education at the Moscow State Academic Art Institute named after V. I. Surikov (2007–2013), specializing in painting under Professor V. M. Sidorov.
Polkovnichenko is a member of the Moscow Union of Artists, the Union of Artists of Russia, the International Alumni Association of the Russian Academy of Arts, and the Creative Union “New Peredvizhniki.” She has participated in over 150 group and solo exhibitions in Russia and abroad, including shows in museums such as the Serpukhov Museum of Art and History and the Vyatka Regional Art Museum. Her works are also held in private collections.
She has received several honors, including a diploma and medal from the Moscow Union of Artists named after N. P. Krymov, and a silver medal from the Creative Union of Artists of Russia. Her paintings often reflect nostalgic and poetic views of Russian towns, nature, and everyday life.
