Danijel Babić (b. 1967, Gornji Očauš, Bosnia and Herzegovina) is a contemporary Serbian painter known for blending traditional techniques with elements of modern subculture. He studied graphic design at the “Bogdan Šuput” School in Novi Sad and graduated from the College of Applied and Fine Arts in Belgrade, as well as the Academy of Fine Arts in Novi Sad, specializing in painting (1995).
Babić’s work is rooted in pop-art traditions and draws inspiration from comics, street art, illustration, and advertising. His distinctive style and sharp humor reflect a critical view of contemporary civilization. Over the years, he has held more than 70 solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group shows both in Serbia and internationally.
