Collection: Jana Stojaković

Jana Stojaković, born in Belgrade, Serbia, is a contemporary visual artist and curator. She earned her undergraduate degree in painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Arts in Belgrade in 2006, studying under Professor Čedomir Vasić. In 2006, she also completed a diploma in Gender Studies at the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade.

She continued her education in the United Kingdom, receiving a Postgraduate Diploma in Fine Art in 2008 and a Master of Fine Art in 2009 from Chelsea College of Art & Design, University of the Arts London, under the mentorship of Brian Chalkley. In 2024, she completed her Doctorate in Fine Arts (D.F.A.) in painting at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade.

Jana has participated in numerous exhibitions and video festivals across Serbia and internationally, including Italy, Spain, Germany, Greece, Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Macedonia, Croatia, and Slovenia. She has also curated several group exhibitions in Serbia and is a member of ULUS (Association of Fine Artists of Serbia).

Her work often explores themes of identity, social structures, and the unseen forces shaping human experience, blending conceptual depth with painterly expression.
