Collection: Jelena Šalinić Terzić

Jelena Šalinić Terzić, born in 1976 in Kraljevo, Serbia, is a Serbian painter and professor. She graduated in painting from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade in 2000, in the class of Professor Anđelka Bojović, and was named student of the generation. She earned her master’s degree in 2003 and completed her PhD in painting in 2016 at the same institution.

She works as an associate professor at the Faculty of Philology and Arts (FILUM) in Kragujevac, where she teaches Drawing, Painting, and Drawing and Painting. Jelena has been a member of ULUS (Association of Fine Artists of Serbia) since 2001.

Her artistic practice is marked by a refined sense of drawing, a sensitive line, and a diverse approach to technique. She has exhibited solo since 2000 and participated in numerous group exhibitions both in Serbia and abroad, including Hungary, Poland, France, the UK, and Mexico. Her work often explores themes of nature, memory, and poetic introspection.
