Collection: Nikolay Krutov

Nikolay Petrovich Krutov is a Russian painter and graphic artist born in 1953 in Murom. He graduated from the Moscow State Pedagogical University named after Lenin in 1981, where he studied under professors V. P. Efanov, S. I. Dudnik, and V. A. Dreznina. His artistic career began in the late 1970s, and he became a member of the Moscow Union of Artists in 1986.

Krutov has participated in numerous exhibitions in Russia and abroad, including in France (Besançon, Cherbourg), Luxembourg, and the United States. His works are held in private collections across Russia, Germany, France, Brazil, and the USA, as well as in institutions such as the Moscow Union of Artists and the Union of Artists of the USSR.

His style spans figurative and abstract painting, often exploring themes of urban life, nature, and human form. He has also been involved in artist groups such as “Luka” and “Art-Box,” contributing to collaborative exhibitions in Moscow and internationally.
